Will this stop my hot flashes?
No, and we’d be wary of anything that promises to. What it does is help you feel more comfortable when one hits: the fabric moves heat and sweat off your skin instead of trapping it there.
How is it different from my regular underwear?

Under most dresses and skirts, no. They’re our lightest knit, made for maximum airflow, so with very sheer or unlined fabrics, you may want to pick The Cargo for something less see-through.
Is it shapewear?
No. There’s no compression and no shaping. It’s designed to feel like nothing at all.
What sizes do you carry?
XS to 6XL, with the fit graded for every size, not scaled up from one.
